Great Ocean Road

Brooke took us for a drive along the famous "Great Ocean Road" on Tuesday, and it was one of our favorite things so far! We were lucky enough to get sunshine for half the day, so it was perfect! The road follows the ocean (go figure) along the southern coast of Victoria. It's really incredible. We so loved it, because it was pretty much the last thing on our list of things we wanted to do in Victoria still! Yay!

This would have been better if the sun had been out, but I just wanted to show how the hills just roll into the ocean.. awesome.

I just can't get over the waves of the ocean. It probably doesn't affect other people as much as me, but I love it!
Along the hills to our right there were houses scattered- talk about great views! I have no idea how they were able to get trucks up on those steep inclines, but I guess anything's possible with millions.. But seriously, this house?? I just had to snap a pic.

I love lighthouses! We got out and thought we could climb up it, but apparently not. Oh well, we got some fun pictures! Except we were absolutely freezing because the wind was sooo cold! I'm sure it would have been a funny sight to see us running along and trying to hold our cameras still enough to take pictures! Worth it.
Next week we're off to Tasmania! It's so weird- the rest of our trip is pretty packed with traveling and sightseeing. Can't wait! It's so strange to think that we're leaving Australia 5 weeks from today, then New Zealand for a week, then we'll be home! (We get back to the US on oct. 22) I think that the next few weeks are totally going to fly by.. but it's going to be so good. :) Oh, and just to throw this out there, I'm doing some job-hunting for when I get back in the dallas/fort worth area... anything in PR or HR.. or anything really haha! If you hear of anything.. let me know! Love and miss you guys!
